What is the Ministry Fair?

“Ministry Fair” is what we call our exhibit hall/trade show. In a typical year with in-person interaction, more than 40 exhibitors participate in our Ministry Fair. These include suppliers of church products and services as well as our statewide and national ministry partners. Both non-profit and for-profit organizations and companies are invited to attend.

Who can exhibit?

If you’ve exhibited with us in the past, you are permitted to register as long as space is available. If you are a new exhibitor, we ask you to complete an application to show your organization’s interest in BGAV and relevance to our mission. We reserve the right to deny any exhibitor registration at our event for any reason. Please contact Julie Lukas at ministryfair@bgav.org for the new exhibitor application.

What if I need to ship materials to the meeting?

Exhibitors may need to ship certain materials directly to the annual meeting location. To arrange advance shipping or post-event temporary storage of any exhibit items, please contact Julie Lukas at 800.255.2428 or ministryfair@bgav.org. Most exhibitors for this event are within driving distance and do not require shipping arrangements. If you need shipping and storage assistance, you must contact us no later than October 1 to discuss your needs.

 

All items should arrive the week of November 3 (one week prior to the meeting). Please ensure your organization name is somewhere on the outside of the package so staff can make sure your items are together and brought to the correction location in the ministry fair area.
