REGISTRATION
Pre-registration is open through Friday, November 1!
This year, pre-registration is a two-part process.
Step 1: Complete the online form
Register for this free event by indicating if you’re a voting messenger, non-voting guest, BGAV staff member, or exhibitor. Messengers will need their church’s unique code for this step; contact your church for this information if you don’t have it already. All registrants must have a unique email address in order to pre-register. Upon completion, you will receive an email acknowledging that your registration has been submitted. Once your registration is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email.
Step 2: Set up a Whova account (available in August)
Watch for a reminder email in August to set up your Whova account for the meeting using the same email you used to register in Step 1. Whova is this year’s app for all meeting-specific information, livestream access, and secure online voting for all messengers via a smart device or computer browser. All voting will be done electronically, except in cases where attendees don’t have online access. The Whova app also allows you to build your own agenda, connect with other attendees, and participate in a number of ways that will enhance your experience at the event. Please note app access will not be live until mid-August (three months prior to the annual meeting).
- Only select ONE ticket type for how you plan to attend this year’s meeting.
- All individuals must be registered separately.
- A unique email address is required for each registrant.
If you do not have an email address unique to YOU, please email us BEFORE registering so we can assign you one for registration purposes. A working, unique email address is required for online voting.
Use this form to register as a VOTING MESSENGER at the annual meeting.
Messengers are individuals who have been chosen by their church to represent them at the annual meeting. Messengers require a unique church code in order to register; you can get this code from your church contact.
Use this form to register as a NONVOTING attendee, exhibitor, or BGAV staff member at the annual meeting.
