REGISTRATION
While participating BGAV churches may provide messengers at this year’s meeting based on contributions to the Virginia portion of Cooperative Missions in 2025. Get more information on church messenger qualifications by reviewing Article III, Section B of the BGAV Constitution/Bylaws (pg 198 of BGAV Annual).
All are welcome to attend this year’s annual meeting as guests! Feel free to extend this invitation to others who may be interested in our guest speakers, main gatherings, Learning Labs, and networking opportunities.
Registration is a two-step process:
- Pre-register online. Access the web-based registration form and follow the prompts to pre-register. All registrants must have a unique email address in order to pre-register. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your registration has been submitted.
- Set up your Whova account for the meeting. Again this year, we will be using the Whova app for all meeting-specific information, livestream access, and secure online voting for all messengers via a smart device or computer browser. Your confirmation email will contain instructions on how to download the Whova app. Once your account is set up in Whova, your pre-registration is complete for this year’s meeting. All messengers must complete this step to be able to vote during the meeting.
