Churches should receive their packets and an email regarding messengers by mid-September. 

Note: Online voting is strongly encouraged for ALL messengers attending this year’s meeting (in-person as well as virtual).  Please remember your smart device to participate in online voting throughout the meeting. Paper ballots will only be available for those without smart device access.

Similar to last year, BGAV’s registration system is geared toward individuals registering themselves for this year’s meeting so that they can maximize their meeting experience. If possible, all attendees should register themselves with their own email address.

All registrants will need a unique email address to pre-register. If you have questions about this, please contact us at annualmeeting@bgav.org or 800-255-2428.

FOR MESSENGERS: All registered messengers must be elected by his/her church. Only messengers are permitted to vote during the business session on Wednesday morning. Attendees must enter their unique church code to be registered as a messenger. You can get this code from your church staff contact.

Don’t have a smart device or need another way to register? Register on site the day of the event, but be advised that onsite registration will take at least 10 minutes. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
