Promo Slide: Friday, October 11
Promo Video: Friday, October 11
Registration Bag Items: Friday, November 1

Artwork should be sent directly to annualmeeting@bgav.org by the deadlines listed above. Please contact Jennifer Law at annualmeeting@bgav.org if you have any questions.

Mailing Payment

If you selected to pay by check, please mail a copy of this confirmation email, showing exhibitor selections, along with payment (made out to “BGAV”) to the following address:
